Why I have founded NB Lemercier & Associés

Global executive search firms continue to expand and consequently need to industrialize their process and their relationships to clients and candidates. After a long career in this environment, I felt that it was time to change the nature of relationships in this profession and truly base them on trust and length. This takes personal investment, time, excellent listening skills, a real talent to reach out to people and a passion for putting the right person at the right place.

Our business environment is quickly changing, the market for very senior talent is highly competitive and will be for at least a decade and is becoming global. It will be through a great ability to read cultures, assess personalities, motivations, competencies and experience that we will be able to put the right person in the
right place. This takes more time than the usual process, it takes knowledge of your client strategy well before the need arises and knowledge of the candidate universe and motivations again ahead of the need.

With this in mind, NB Lemercier & Associés has been founded to propose an international custom made array of assessment and recruitment services at the Board, CEO, Executive Committee and Corporate office levels in total confidentiality.
